  2. First of all, I love your topic because I totally agree with you. I think that competition here is so intense that people tend to be individualistic and oppress others to make themselves look better. Overall, the organization of your presentation was well presented and I liked the way how you compared Korea with Germany because it really helped visualized the intensity of this problem. However, if you had some statistical data to back up your points could have been better because it would picture in more detail the reasons why the happiness level in both countries differ. One thing I really liked about your presentation is the way how you started by giving some historical information of the evolution of the Korean society during the past 30 years and presented this not only as a proud aspect but also a negative aspect because it directly leaded to your point. By doing this you immediately grabbed the audience’s attention. Also the last quote where you stated “Korea deserves to be the happiest country in the world” made my really emotional and think back at my actions because I always complaint about Korean society to be unhappy but I never tried to make a difference or be a help for this country.
Nice work and Thank you for an awesome presentation

  3. hello bochra,

i watched your speech and i really liked your topic. it was well presented and you used supporting visuals. compared to your first speech you were more prepared and confident this time. i could see that you put effort into your intonation, pausing and also tried to use gestures as well. i don't think it's bad that when people have memory cards or a script with them on the podium but sometimes it was very obvious when you looked down at it and paused at the wrong time because of it. i'm sure you can improve a lot if you practice memorising more. good work and thanks for the speech!:)
