  1. David! I can tell how passionate you are about staying healthy. As a person that doesn’t like exercising, your presentation inspired me to work out not just to stay fit but to stay mentally healthy as well. The way you delivered your speech mentioning your personality in the past and how your life overall changed through fitness, made your presentation more interesting. By sharing your personal story it immediately grabs the audience’s attention and makes them want to hear more of your story. Thank you for sharing your story:)

  2. David this is Byung Ik. I found your speech really interesting because I also started going to the gym this January for the first time in my life. For me, your topic was really interesting. Especially when you talked about being obsessive of calories, I couldn't sympathize more. I was once obsessive too(not now). Your tone was calm and stable. By talking from your personal experience, I really think the audience could be inspired by your speech. It's my personal opinion but your speech would have been better if you emphasized more about the importance or working out at the end. Otherwise, all good. Maybe we can go to gym together sometime.
